We have security checks, CCTV surveillance, medical assistance, and a family-friendly environment to ensure everyone’s safety.
Passes are subject to availability. Online booking is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
For passes bought under the general category – We have a rain insurance system in place. If the management is unable to conduct the event for less than 10 minutes on any given day, the ticket amount for that day will be fully refunded (after deducting the finance charges). Passes bought under any kind of discount- parent, student, alumni, staff or bulk passes – rain insurance is not applicable.
If there is a “washout” whereby even 10 minutes of sound system is not turned on between 8 pm to 12 am, the management will declare a refund. The eligible customers will be sent a message on how to collect the refund. Typically the refund will be done after the end of Navratri and before Diwali. The finance charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the pass and remaining will be refunded on presentation of the unused ticket.
No. Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted with the same pass.
